REFUND, CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

This policy has been established to help us serve you better.  We always aim to provide excellent service to all of our clients. In order to do so, we have a no refund, late arrival, cancellation and "no-show" policy in place. Late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules which cannot be filled without timely notice that prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients on our wait-list. 

Note BEFORE You Receive Treatments:

• Refrain from eating two (2) hours prior to your colon hydrotherapy treatments. 
• Drink plenty of water with electrolytes before Colonics, Foothbaths &  Biofeedback.

Refunds: No refunds will be given for any service rendered by Healthy Connections.

Late Arrivals: The appointment will be canceled after 15 minutes, whereas you will be charged for the full service. If you are running late, please be courteous enough to contact us as soon as possible at (205) 258-0366 to prevent your appointment from becoming recorded as a "no-show." Please note that although we may be able to hold your appointment and wait for you, your session time will be compromised (time reduced) due to other bookings scheduled back-to-back. 

Cancellations & "No-Show for Sessions: If rescheduling or cancellation is needed, a 24-hour notice must be made prior to the scheduled appointment day. Otherwise, a non-refundable $50.00 fee will be applied to buy-back your session. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. If you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, we will impose the following fees: 

• Loss of treatment in your package.
• Non-refundable payment.
